DESCRIPTION:I will put on a hike on the Fundy Trail Parkway on Sat. June 8th. This will involve moving cars. 10 kms. along the Fundy Coast. Rated moderate to strenuous depending on the heat\, which should be moderate along the coast. This is the original and manicured trail\, so no roots rocks etc. The beach is beautiful and Fuller Falls should be flowing powerfully. \nMeet time at Fox Field at 9:00 or 10:00 at FNP Info Centre where we will leave and go through the park to the Fundy Trail access road just after leaving the park. There will be an admission charge which is less if we have at least 12 for a group rate. The alternate route would be to go to Sussex Corner and by Adair’s\, but we need to arrive at the same time if we are 12 to get the rate.\nBetter call Paul 506-588-3034.

DESCRIPTION:42km Walk. Meet at the Chocolate River Station\, 391 Coverdale Rd at 9:00AM. \nThis month\, May 27th we kick off our 40th anniversary with the Twin Bridges 42km bike and walk event. Six laps of 7km. Come out and cheer on Bill Mayo\, or walk a lap with Bill Mayo as he attempts the 42km. He turned 90 this month. The Event starts at 9am and finishes with drinks and prizes at 7pm at the Holy Whale (Chocolate Station in Riverview). \nCome out anytime during the day and do one lap or all six. Complete one lap walking\, or two laps biking or volunteer at the event to be eligible to put your name in a draw for prizes. The first two finishers of the 42k who do it on foot will receive prizes and be eligible for the draw. We have reserved the Holy Whale for 7:00p.m. (Riverview Chocolate River). DESCRIPTION:March 18.  Distance 10km.   Rating: Easy – Moderate. \nMeet at 12:00pm at Irving\, 64 Champlain Street\, Dieppe or at 12:30PM in the parking lot of École Grande-Digue\, 365 Route 530\, Grande-Digue. We will be parking at the school\, near the playground.\, where Maureen will meet the group and our trek will commence there. \nSpring commences on March 20 so let’s usher out winter by snowshoeing 10 km on a flat trail that winds through beautiful Acadian forest from Grande-Digue to St. Marcel and back. We won’t be eating lunch on the trail but will certainly take water and snack breaks.
