Saturday 16th March : Two Islands in Parrsboro N.S.
Hike at Two Islands in Parrsboro N.S. on Saturday the 16th March. We will be hosted by the legendary Terri McCulloch who will lead us on a beach hike next to the powerful tidal waters of the Minas Basin.
This hike rated as moderate for most and will include some road walking on a lonely road with sensational views to be had.
After the hike we will be going to Davison’s Maple Sugar Emporium for a fabulous meal.
They serve pancakes with syrup and much more.
Reservations have been made for 3:30PM. We have done this before to great reviews. Meet at Irving – 64 Champlain Blvd, at 9:00AM, Amherst Mall at 9:45AM, or at the Fundy Geological Museum parking lot, in Parrsboro, at approximately 10:45-11:00AM.  Not to be missed.  For more details, contact Paul at 506-381-0397

Sunday 17th March : Riverside Albert to Lookoff at Crooked Creek
Riverside/Albert to the look off at Crooked Creek.
We will be going down to the river from a trail off of the main road (not the super steep descent to the falls). The hike is 7 km and rated as moderate and scenic. We are not sure of conditions so bring grippers and snowshoes just in case. Meet at the Riverview – Fox Field Parking Lot – 893 Hillsborough Rd, Riverview at 10:00AM or Riverside-Albert School at 10:45AM. Call Marilyn @ 386-6579.
