WEDNESDAY HIKE – WHITE ROCK, HILLSBOROUGH

Hike Details
- Location: White Rock Park – Site of abandoned open-pit gypsum mining operations in Hillsborough
- Difficulty: Moderate (rugged terrain with short ascents and descents)
- Distance: 7 – 9 km
- Duration: 2.5 – 3 hours
- Pace: Moderate
Essentials to Bring
- Lunch/snacks
- Water
- Footwear: Trails may be soggy or slushy—wear appropriate boots
Meeting Points
- 9:30 AM – Fox Field (893 Hillsborough Rd) for ride sharing
- 9:45 AM – White Rock Park (Golf Club Rd, Hillsborough) for sign-in and hike start
- Brian will meet you at White Rock
Planned Trails (Weather Permitting)
Start Up → Hamm Trail → The Cut → Diesel → Whitehead
