There is too much water on the trail at Walton Lake so that hike has been cancelled and is being replaced by the following hike in Alma.
Alma Beach to Herring Cove
Hike the beach from Alma to Herring Cove then up from the beach to the trail and back to Alma. 8km, rated moderate. Meet at the Petro Canada, 506 Hillsborough Rd, Riverview at 10:00 or at the parking lot in back of Community Centre in Alma on School St. at 11:15. Contact Paul 588-3034.
