- This is your “Save the Date” notice for our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
It is scheduled for October 30th, starting at 12:30PM at the Hillsborough Golf Course Club House, 443 Golf Club Rd, Hillsborough, NB E4H 2T9.
Not only is this our AGM, this date will also be the Kick Off Party to start celebrating our 40th Anniversary. We have some surprises planned and look forward to starting this celebration with you.
- Julian has created a self-service registration process for you to complete to assist us to determine the number of attendees for the AGM.

- Your Board of Directors have 3 open positions for the 2023 Board.
Openings include: Secretary, Membership Director, and Scheduling Director.
The primary role of Secretary is to record and keep records of minutes for scheduled Board of Directors meetings and Annual General Meetings. Access to a home computer with Microsoft Word, and e-mail client is a requirement for this role.
The Schedule Director is responsible for scheduling and overseeing all outdoor activities of the Club. Activities are planned through quarterly meetings, which is open to members, with events being posted to our website calendar.
The Membership Coordinator process new and renewals for memberships, keeping statistics using Excel worksheet, picking up mail, and depositing membership funds in our Credit Union bank account.
