Saturday the 25th.
The hike is less than 8 Kms. and is rated as easy for some, moderate for most and strenuous for a few. Half beach walk and half scenic country road walk. One reasonably substantial hill. This is a really nice outing, especially for those who have not been to this amazingly beautiful area on the Minas Basin. The tides there are on a par with those that we have at the Hopewell Rocks, which is to say they are really high.
I need to know by end of day today ( Thursday evening ) who will be eating at the fabulous Maple Farm at Davison’s because we are making reservations and will be eating around 2:30 or 3:00.
They have a great selection, not just pancakes and sausage. Please reply on this post whether you will be eating. Everyone can easily be home way before dark.
The long-range weather report for Parrsboro on Saturday is sunny and 3 degrees with low winds.
